Ancient Grain Haul: Vita Cost!


Peace Family!
I am so Happy about this Haul!
In 2013 learning about Healthier Grains by Dr.Sebi, I was only using Quinoa because the grocery stores in my area only have Quinoa. I been wanting these other Ancient Grains for a Very Long Time. Can I say Patience is Virtue! 
These Ancient Grains are listed on Dr. Sebi's Recommended Food List. 
Having these Ancient Grains will indeed benefit my health in major ways. Now let's take a look at what I purchased. 

Rye Flakes 
From what I had seen on Youtube and Instagram Rye can be used to replace Oatmeal and other Baked Goods like Cookies! 



Teff Grain and Teff Flour!
An ancient grain from Ethiopia! I been wanting this for a long time! Teff is Full Fiber! And you can you make porridge, cakes, cookies and even pancakes with Teff!


Amaranth! An ancient grain! I seen so many recipes where can you make crackers with Amaranth! Amaranth resembles Quinoa!


Spelt Flour!
I have alot of Spelt Recipes!
So Ready for This!

It's sad that a lot of Grocery Stores do not provide these Ancient Grains, they want People just to have White Rice and Brown Rice which is really Unhealthy for Us. Vitacost is very affordable to get these Ancient Grains. I love the fact that these foods provides a Good Amount of Fiber! We all Need Good Fiber!

Hemp Milk, Hemp Mocha, Hemp Cappuccino!

Peace Family!
Hemp Cappuccino! 
Hemp Hearts, Maple Syrup, Raw Cacao, Seamoss and Bladderwrack, H2o!

My Hemp Mocha!
3. Cups of Spring Water
3 Tbsp of Organic Hemp Hearts
5 Pitted Dates (that has been soaked for 24 hours)
1 Tbsp of Raw Cacao
1/4 tsp of Dr. Sebi's Seamoss Mix
Blend All Together!


Hemp Milk
 Hemp Hearts with H2o, Seamoss and Bladder Wrack, and Grade B Maple Syrup! So Amazing!

Juicing is a Lifestyle: Sea-moss, Raw Cacao, Tropical Fruits!

Peace Family!
Sharing the  Juices I been drinking on this week! Alot of people complains about the taste of Dr. Sebi's Seamoss/Bladder wrack mix. The best way to avoid the taste is either by using Dried Dates or Maple Syrup Grade B. When I create juices with sea-moss I prefer to create the day before so it can have a nice texture in the morning!

How to make Seamoss Cappuccino!


Peace Family.....
Are you looking for a good replacement for coffee or trying to find new ways to drink Seamoss and Bladder wrack?

Here is a creative and easy recipe!
Note:In order for this to work you must have Dr. Sebi's Seamoss&Bladder wrack Mix and Raw Cacao Powder.

What You Need:
  1. Blender
  2. Dates (4 to5)
  3. Spring Water
  4. Raw Cacao Powder (1 Tsp)
  5. Seamoss&Bladder wrack Mix (1/2 Tsp)
  6. Almond Milk (1/4 cup)
Directions:


  1. First soak a few dates for 24 hours.
  2. Then boil spring water for the seamoss mix. 
  3. Place the dates and the water from the dates and blend until it turns white.
  4. Add some almond milk.
  5. Add the seamoss and the cacao powder and the warm water.
  6. Blend for 1 minute.
  7. Your Seamoss Cappuccino is Ready!




The taste wasn't too bitter nor was it too sweet.
The taste was just right, you can't even taste the seamoss, thanks to the Dates! You can drink this warm or cold, I prefer cold. You can tweak your own creativity, but this drink was indeed Good!

Today I am sharing my review on my Spiralizer by Biotoni on Amazon… 
This product is worth the cost….It is BPA Free along with Triple Japanese Blades…. It also offers a Lifetime Warranty! Along with Free Shipping!
I started using the Spiralizer the first day I received it. 
Can you really blame me, lol. The Spiralizer is a must for anyone who eats a plant based lifestyle.. It keeps on getting better and better! The instructions are very easy to follow… You can create awesome plant based dishes with squash, zucchini, cucumbers, carrots and so much more!

Banana Smoothie!

Peace Family! This smoothie was amazing! All you need: Blender 2 Ripe Bananas 3 Cups of Almond Vanilla Milk Cinnamon Directions: Place the bananas and milk in the blender, add about 3 sprinkles of cinnamon. Blend to make it like milk. Blend it well. 2 cups of this had me full for several hours!

Squash Spaghetti! Oil Free!

Peace Family!
I decided to try spaghetti squash. The recipes online for this has olive oil in it. I created mine differently!
Instead of adding oil, I added 1/4 cup of spring water in the pan, along with seasoning the squash with some Basil.
Make sure you remove the pulp and seeds. Cover on 350f for 30 minutes! Let the squash cool off for about 20 minutes! Get your squash and a fork and start raking it, you will see the squash coming out looking like shredded cheese.
My tomatoes was blended with red onions, cayenne pepper, Basil and thyme!
This plant based dish was amazing!
