I started researching on Black Seed Oil in 2014, How it claims to reverse certain health issues like Cancer, Weight Gain, Allergies, etc.

I  suffer from Allergies and Sinuses, so I began using Cold Pressed Black Seed Oil in March 2015 right at the time of Pollen Season.......... I would take the Oil two times a day sometime I would make a drink with the Oil with Cinnamon, Honey, and Spring Water.

Peace Family...If you are still using toothpaste you need to stop using it Immediately 

Toothpaste contains Sodium Fluoride which is very toxic.......you can look at the back of your toothpaste and can see this for yourself. If toothpaste was accidentally swallowed you will have to contact Poison Control.....
