Banana Smoothie!

Peace Family! This smoothie was amazing! All you need: Blender 2 Ripe Bananas 3 Cups of Almond Vanilla Milk Cinnamon Directions: Place the bananas and milk in the blender, add about 3 sprinkles of cinnamon. Blend to make it like milk. Blend it well. 2 cups of this had me full for several hours!

Juicing is a Lifestyle!

Squash Spaghetti! Oil Free!

Peace Family!
I decided to try spaghetti squash. The recipes online for this has olive oil in it. I created mine differently!
Instead of adding oil, I added 1/4 cup of spring water in the pan, along with seasoning the squash with some Basil.
Make sure you remove the pulp and seeds. Cover on 350f for 30 minutes! Let the squash cool off for about 20 minutes! Get your squash and a fork and start raking it, you will see the squash coming out looking like shredded cheese.
My tomatoes was blended with red onions, cayenne pepper, Basil and thyme!
This plant based dish was amazing!

Quinoa Ginger Pilaf....My Version!

Peace Family..........I love cooking and creating plant based meals with Quinoa ..from Breakfast to Dinners...
Thanks to Dr. Sebi...
This was easy and simple!!!

I blended the Ginger Broth, Chopped Green Onions, and Mushrooms  and let boil 
and added  the Quinoa last  reduced the heat and cover for 15 Minutes!!


This was very awesome...everything blended well...
I replaced Rice/Brown Rice with Quinoa!!
Quinoa provides easy digestion and is very healthy for us... Quinoa is Gluten Free!

Kale and Ginger Soup (Free Recipe)


Peace Family.... I made this awesome soup......
Directions: Medium Pot, add 2 cups of Spring Water and Add 1/2 cup of Ginger Broth add some basil, rosemary, thyme and cayenne pepper. Let it steam on Medium Heat for 15 minutes. Next add 1 cup of Kale, Cover and let it steam for 12 minutes. Very Healthy for Your Body.
