Product Review: Dr. Sebi's Seamoss and Bladder wrack

Dr. Sebi...Natural Healer and Herbalist. I came across Dr. Sebi by listening to his lectures on Electric Foods. If it was not for his knowledge I would have still been eating unhealthy. 

After reviewing his product Sea Moss and Bladder wrack from other customers. I wanted to try this and I am so thankful I did.

Just after 2 weeks..I lost 11 pounds from 205 to 194.

A few Frozen Blueberries
1 Ripe Mango
1 Ripe Banana
1 Cup of Almond Milk
Place all in Blender and Blend to your desired liking!

Vegan Dish: Sexy Kale Salad!




Peace!
Fresh Kale 
1 Red Apple Sliced
1 Quarter Red Onion Chopped
1 Handful of Pecans

Salad Dressing
1 Mango Cut
A few of fresh Cilantro and Parsley
1 chopped Red Chilli Pepper
1 Lemon Squeezed
A little but of water..all depends on you!
Place all in a food processor!

2 Fresh Kale Leaves cut 
1 Small Package of Frozen Organic Strawberries
1 Organic Banana cut 
Almond Milk ( If you want a thicker smoothie add less Almond Milk)

Mix all together in Blender.
