Ancient Grain Haul: Vita Cost!


Peace Family!
I am so Happy about this Haul!
In 2013 learning about Healthier Grains by Dr.Sebi, I was only using Quinoa because the grocery stores in my area only have Quinoa. I been wanting these other Ancient Grains for a Very Long Time. Can I say Patience is Virtue! 
These Ancient Grains are listed on Dr. Sebi's Recommended Food List. 
Having these Ancient Grains will indeed benefit my health in major ways. Now let's take a look at what I purchased. 

Rye Flakes 
From what I had seen on Youtube and Instagram Rye can be used to replace Oatmeal and other Baked Goods like Cookies! 



Teff Grain and Teff Flour!
An ancient grain from Ethiopia! I been wanting this for a long time! Teff is Full Fiber! And you can you make porridge, cakes, cookies and even pancakes with Teff!


Amaranth! An ancient grain! I seen so many recipes where can you make crackers with Amaranth! Amaranth resembles Quinoa!


Spelt Flour!
I have alot of Spelt Recipes!
So Ready for This!

Spelt Spaghetti!


It's sad that a lot of Grocery Stores do not provide these Ancient Grains, they want People just to have White Rice and Brown Rice which is really Unhealthy for Us. Vitacost is very affordable to get these Ancient Grains. I love the fact that these foods provides a Good Amount of Fiber! We all Need Good Fiber!

Constipation has many causes, the most common one is hard fecal matter. Natural Plant Based Foods stay soft in the digestion tract because Natural Foods contains Fiber which contains water and expands. Fruits and Vegetables naturally contains lots of water. A frequent meat eater with a low fiber diet can increase the gut transit time of food from 24 to 72 Hours, that gives it time for some putrefaction to occur. Our bodies were never meant to eat meat, pork, or any animal. Eating meat can cause Cancer, because meat contains carcinogens.

These Fast Food Restaurants and these Grocery Stores are slowly killing the urban community, while you get sick and goes the doctor and get medicine.....this is a corruption.
