Vegan Dish: Stuffed Quinoa Green Peppers!


PEACE!
STUFFED QUINOA GREEN PEPPERS.....
CLEAN AND RINSE OFF VEGETABLES/FRUITS
2 FRESH GREEN PEPPERS
1 HANDFUL OF CHERRY TOMATOES/CHOPPED
4 GREEN ONIONS CHOPPED
1 CUP OF PRE COOKED QUINOA
1. MIX THE QUINOA , ONIONS, TOMATOES IN A BOWL
2. REMOVE BELL PEPPER TOP AND SEEDS
3. PRE HEAT OVEN AT 350F
4. STUFFED THE QUINOA MIXTURE IN THE BELL PEPPER
5. PLACE THE STUFFED PEPPERS ON A BAKING PAN WITH FOIL 
6. POUR SOME WATER ON THE PAN
7. PLACE A SHEET OF FOIL ON TOP OF THE STUFFED PEPPERS.
8. PUT IT IN THE OVEN FOR 35 MINUTES AND EAT!


Smoothie: Bananas and Strawberries!

Smoothies are good and also very healthy for your whole body!

This recipe consists of the following:
2 Banana's
2 Red Apples
1 Coconut
2 TSP of Quinoa
Place all in Blender
and Drink!


Vegan Dish: Stuffed Tomatoes with Cucumber Sauce!

Stuffed Tomatoes with Cucumber Sauce!
What Do You Need!
§ Blender
§ 1 Fresh Cucumber
§ 3 Fresh Tomatoes
§ 1 Cup of Raw Cashews
§ Pink Himalayan Salt 1Tsp
§ Rosemary 1 Tsp
§ 1 Lemon Squeezed
§ 1/2 Cup of Water
§ 3 chopped Green Onions
Directions:
1.Place the raw cashews, pink Himalayan salt, rosemary, 1/2 cup water,juice from the lemon.
Blend in blender for 1 to 2 minutes.
2. 3 Cut the tomatoes top and remove inside.
3.Cut cucumber into small chunks add the chopped green onion
4.In a bowl mix the cashew blend with the cucumbers and onions
5. Fill the cucumber/cashew mixture in each tomatoe.

Smoothie: Pomegranate, Mango and Strawberry!

I Love Pomegranates, we all needs this in our lives!
 I blended the pomegranates with a hanful of mangos and strawberries.........



I also had added some raw almond milk....


Here is the finished smoothie!!!
Yummy!!
Thankful for it!

I had some pomegranates left, so I just ate the rest of them!!
