Today We Are Going to Talk About Constipation and How it affects Your Everyday Life.



Digestion and Absorption of Foods

Constipation has many causes, the most common one is hard fecal matter. Natural Plant Based Foods stay soft in the digestion tract because Natural Foods contains Fiber which contains water and expands. Fruits and Vegetables naturally contains lots of water. A frequent meat eater with a low fiber diet can increase the gut transit time of food from 24 to 72 Hours, that gives it time for some putrefaction to occur. Our bodies were never meant to eat meat, pork, or any animal. Eating meat can cause Cancer, because meat contains carcinogens. 




Foods that Causes Constipation

Eating Meats,Cheese ,Eggs- (Can also clogged your arteries), Refined Grains, Wheat

These Foods are not Living Foods...Remember Our Bodies Are Electric.....Living Foods is a.Must.

The More You Eat Dead Foods the more constipated you will be, remember your body is electric so changing your eating habits to Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts, Seeds, and Herbs will BENEFIT You More than You can ever  Realize. These Fast Food Restaurants and these Grocery Stores are slowly killing the urban community, while you get sick and goes the doctor and get medicine.....this is a corruption.



The Deception of Laxatives 

Most laxatives are not natural it does more harm than good. Because laxatives contains very harmful ingredients that irritates the gastrointestinal tract know as the G.I. Tract. So  taking laxatives for a long time really does not treat the underlying problem like other Pharma Drugs. .

Signs of Constipation

Did You Know That a Person is suppose to have 2 to 3 Bowel Movements a Day. So if you are just having 1 Bowel Movement a Day you are constipated. A healthy stool should break down easily with no straining. Constipation therefore results when waste material moves too slowly through the large intestines, resulting infrequent and painful elimination.
 Constipation can give a rise of many different Health Problems such as 
  • Appendicitis 
  • Bad Breath
  • Body Odor
  • Coated Tongue 
  • Depression
  • Diverticulitis
  • Fatigue

Long term of Constipation can result in Physical Blockage and distensions of the Bowel.
Now you see that ALOT of People are Suffering and Big Pharma is making Millions of This......Something has to change.

This was an amazing drink. 
All you need is 1 cup of Fresh Organic Strawberries and 2 Cups of Almond Milk. Put it in a blender and Enjoy! 
Strawberries are my favorite! 
Super Quick and Super Easy makes it Super Healthy! 
You do not need any NestlĂ© or Hershey.

Vegan Dish: Sexy Kale Salad!




Peace!
Fresh Kale 
1 Red Apple Sliced
1 Quarter Red Onion Chopped
1 Handful of Pecans

Salad Dressing
1 Mango Cut
A few of fresh Cilantro and Parsley
1 chopped Red Chilli Pepper
1 Lemon Squeezed
A little but of water..all depends on you!
Place all in a food processor!

Vegan Dish: Stuffed Quinoa Green Peppers!


PEACE!
STUFFED QUINOA GREEN PEPPERS.....
CLEAN AND RINSE OFF VEGETABLES/FRUITS
2 FRESH GREEN PEPPERS
1 HANDFUL OF CHERRY TOMATOES/CHOPPED
4 GREEN ONIONS CHOPPED
1 CUP OF PRE COOKED QUINOA
1. MIX THE QUINOA , ONIONS, TOMATOES IN A BOWL
2. REMOVE BELL PEPPER TOP AND SEEDS
3. PRE HEAT OVEN AT 350F
4. STUFFED THE QUINOA MIXTURE IN THE BELL PEPPER
5. PLACE THE STUFFED PEPPERS ON A BAKING PAN WITH FOIL 
6. POUR SOME WATER ON THE PAN
7. PLACE A SHEET OF FOIL ON TOP OF THE STUFFED PEPPERS.
8. PUT IT IN THE OVEN FOR 35 MINUTES AND EAT!


Smoothie: Bananas and Strawberries!

This recipe consists of the following:
2 Banana's
2 Red Apples
1 Coconut
2 TSP of Quinoa
Place all in Blender
and Drink!


Vegan Dish: Stuffed Tomatoes with Cucumber Sauce!

Stuffed Tomatoes with Cucumber Sauce!
What Do You Need!
§ Blender
§ 1 Fresh Cucumber
§ 3 Fresh Tomatoes
§ 1 Cup of Raw Cashews
§ Pink Himalayan Salt 1Tsp
§ Rosemary 1 Tsp
§ 1 Lemon Squeezed
§ 1/2 Cup of Water
§ 3 chopped Green Onions
Directions:
1.Place the raw cashews, pink Himalayan salt, rosemary, 1/2 cup water,juice from the lemon.
Blend in blender for 1 to 2 minutes.
2. 3 Cut the tomatoes top and remove inside.
3.Cut cucumber into small chunks add the chopped green onion
4.In a bowl mix the cashew blend with the cucumbers and onions
5. Fill the cucumber/cashew mixture in each tomatoe.

Smoothie: Pomegranate, Mango and Strawberry!

I Love Pomegranates, we all needs this in our lives!
 I blended the pomegranates with a hanful of mangos and strawberries.........



I also had added some raw almond milk....


Here is the finished smoothie!!!
Yummy!!
Thankful for it!

I had some pomegranates left, so I just ate the rest of them!!
