Fresh Kale 

1 Red Apple Sliced

1 Quarter Red Onion Chopped

1 Handful of Pecans

Salad Dressing

1 Mango Cut

A few of fresh Cilantro and Parsley

1 chopped Red Chilli Pepper

1 Lemon Squeezed

A little but of water..all depends on you!

Place all in a food processor!
