Cold Pressed Black Seed Oil.....Why You Should Try It. (Product Review)

Peace!
I started researching on Black Seed Oil in 2014, How it claims to reverse certain health issues like Cancer, Weight Gain, Allergies, etc.
I  suffer from Allergies and Sinuses, so I began using Cold Pressed Black Seed Oil in March 2015 right at the time of Pollen Season.......... I would take the Oil two times a day sometime I would make a drink with the Oil with Cinnamon, Honey, and Spring Water.
What did Black Seed Oil do for Me?
  1. I didn't experience any Allergies or Sinus Infection.
  2. My lungs felt brand new.
  3. My stomach  shrink.
  4. Being Free from  Allergies during Pollen Season, I was able to walk and not experience no Sneezing, no Running Nose, No Headaches.
If you suffer from Allergies and Asthma, I highly suggest looking into trying Cold Pressed Black Seed Oil.

Weight Loss/ Detox Drink
Combined with 1 Tablespoon of Cold Pressed Black Seed Oil, 2 spoonful of Honey and Cinnamon and Spring Water in a 4 oz. Glass. Drink this 2 times a day. You can feel a difference. Sometime I would just take a spoonful of the oil by itself and the taste is very Potent and Strong.
Make sure the Oil is Cold Pressed in a dark glass. You can find this on Ebay, Amazon, and other websites.

Homemade Hazel Nut Milk!

Peace!
I recently been drinking home made nut milks, I was able to get Hazel Nuts and other Nuts from www.nuts.com

I made my Hazel Nut Milk like this, I had soaked the hazel nuts a night before.
The next day I drained the nuts and placed in the blender, then added 1 1/2 cup of spring water, 2 tsp of Raw Honey, 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract, and 1 tsp of Black Seed Oil.
Blend for 1 minute and strain, and enjoy!

A Very simple recipe, I encourage You to step away from Cow Milk, it has no nutrients what so ever.

How To Make Your Own Prickly Pear Juice!

Peace!
Last Summer I had the Pleasure of doing a lot of Foraging along  with Hand Picking Fruits. I been aware of Prickly Pears for a long time some Companies like Trivita Sells this Product for just $40. However, prickly pears are grown in my town, why would I want to pay $40 when I can get from mother nature for FREE.

Prickly Pears helps with Arthritis, Diabetes and so Much More.

The Best Way to Make this Juice is with a Very High Speed Blender.

I was able to get about 2 1/2  Dozen of Prickly Pears

Place the Prickly Pears on a large bowl in cold water, this helps the little thorns remove easily. Cut each end of the Pears, remove the skin and place in the Blender.
You can add 1 to 2 cups of Spring Water, also you can add 1 cup fresh fruit or frozen fruit of your choice.

Blend everything together, then you will have to strained out the seeds.
Your Prickly Pear Juice is Done and Ready to Serve!

I am Thankful and I appreciates the Fruits that the Most High created for Us to Love and Nurture!

 Peace. Love. Light
